"Can I come in for a gloat?" They say, and we say "Oh! You heartless gloaters!"
Gloat:
"Observe Sharon trotting out all the old lines about losing her father twice. See how devastated she is."
Gloat:
"Dennis suggesting they go on their honeymoon to get away from all the horror"
Gloat - and so much sooner than I thought:
"Is it in any way possible that Dennis can't begin to understand why she's so upset, given that Den drove her mother to drink herself to death, abandoned Sharon and let her think he was dead for years, then did his level best to split Sharon and Dennis up?"
Gloat:
"Do you think there's even the slightest chance that we shall soon hear Dennis cry out "Even dead he's coming between us!"?"
Gloat.

Well predicted indeed. I was thinking about you when Dennis did the "even dead he's come between us!" line.
I shall send you a biscuit. Good dog.
