Listening to the Presidents again has really improved my mood! I dug out all the cds i had put away because it was too painful to be reminded of what I'd lost, and it's chilled me out so much i'm not even going to rant on about Eastenders putting on a whole hour of absolute rubbish where nothing actually happened from 7pm just to spite ITV for putting emmerdale on for an hour.
